Hi Everyone,
I know it has been awhile so i thought i would update..i haven't updated my workout schedule because i haven't taken the time to update it. I was still doing Month 2 of Insanity and half way through week 2 my heel really started hurting so needless to say I will be making an appointment with a foot doctor to have it looked at so while i am not doing Insanity i have been doing some swimming in our pool since we got it put up.
Anyway I had a friend tell me about this wonderful website www.dashingdishes.com and it has some amazing recipes and workouts. She also has different meal plans for a small fee..i am looking into doing one of the meal plans.....
