Suprising Research

The other day i was reading an article on www.jillianmichaels.com and it talked about How to banish toxins...when i read the title i just thought it was about bad foods for your body but no it actually talked about different things that we may be cleaning our house with or cups we drink out of could be affecting our weight loss....

Here is the list they say stay away from:
1. Bisphenol A (BPA)
2. Polychlorinated biphenyls (PCBs)
3. Volatile oranic compounds (VOCs)
4. Chlorinated products

Just finished watching ABC's The Revolution and Sarah Green Orr's weight transformation.....she looked AWESOME!!! It made me realize that anybody can suffer from weight problems...thanks so much Sarah for taking everyone on your journey with your weight loss.....you look fabulous.....

Ice Cream

Well I just ate a bowl of ice cream...i don't feel too bad though because  I haven't had a bowl of ice cream in awhile with that being said i still probably should not have eaten it but it is okay..i will have to work extra hard to get that off....

What to do???

I am at a rock and a hard place with losing weight.....it is soooo hard for me to eat right for one I am a picky eater so that throughs out many meals that are good for you because by the time i pick everything out that i don't like there is nothing left so needless to say my eating habits are not great.  Now i am just ready for some change in my workout routine....tired of the same old same old.....thinking about joining beachbody to become a coach and start doing more at home...i am just afraid i won't be as motivated to do it as i am when i go to the gym.....

Lets see how the way in is tomorrow..i have a feeling it will not be that great!!!!!

Looking into something different

Well I have been doing Insanity for the past few weeks and while it makes me feel good in the end it is getting real tough since my heel has been bothering me so i am looking into getting a new home video such as Slim in 6 or Project You which are both Beachbody products but have also looked into getting Jillian Michaels Body Revolution while i have not purchased any of these yet they are a few that i am looking into.  I also like class workouts at the gym such as Step and Pump, but it sometimes gets hard finding time and also with my heel bothering me it really limits me to do either one of those classes so i have really been lost so i figure i better find something to do at home....

I have never watched The Revolution on ABC but i found out there was a girl on there that i graduated with so I decided to watch it.  I really like the show...anyway watching this girl that i know struggle with her weight makes me realize that i am not the only one out there that struggles with weight and how to eat.....that is my biggest problem is my eating habits....i have horrible eating habits...i love love love to exercise but by the time I burn the calories i am adding them back on because i don't eat well...i know i need help with this problem and everybody tells me to write down what i eat every day, but it is just not a doable thing for me because i start out writing down everything but by the 3rd day i am done with it.....

Well this past weekend we had my daughter's birthday party..needless to say i went a little overboard on the cake..LOL...so that means i have really got to get on my workouts this week so i don't do to bad on my weigh in Friday..it could be bad......

Been Awhile...

Hi Everyone ,

I know it has been awhile....i just updated all of my weight results and started doing my workout schedule again..i haven't lost the weight that i know i can lose but i also have not wanted to eat like i should.  I have been doing Insanity more and let me tell you i think i am INSANE for doing Insanity but i am actually growing to like it..i need to get on a better schedule with it so that maybe i can melt some of this weight off.

I am going to try to do better with updating the blog.......
