New Goal
Okay so i have thought of a new goal...see i have always wanted to be a runner but i have realized that it is very unlikely to do that because of the way i run ....it will hurt my shins. Anyway so i thought that maybe i could start walking/jogging on the treadmill for at least 3 miles..for anybody who knows me ..this will be a challenge because it is hard for me to keep going after 1 mile.....
