The week so far of Insanity....

Well i decided to change things up and do Insanity to its fullest....so i have almost finished the first week!!!!! It has been ROUGH!!!!  My biggest stumbling block is EATING...I LOVE LOVE LOVE to eat and they are not always the healthy things so i really need to get that under control .......

I am going to include some pictures of my workouts with Insanity...

Day 2 -- Plyometric -- halfway mark

Day 2 -- Plyometric -- DONE

Day 3 -- Cardio Power & Resistance -- just after warmup

Day 3 -- Cardio Power & Resistance -- halfway
